All readings are delivered by electronic mail and include a photograph of the card spread, accompanied by a written interpretation. Although my cat, Loki, frequently wanders near where the cards are drawn, his appearance in your photograph cannot be assured. Each reading shall be completed within twenty-four hours of your request, providing prompt yet considered insight into your present circumstances.

Whilst many seek the tarot for single questions or passing insight, some individuals are looking for something more sustained and direct. For such persons, I offer The Counsel of the Wise.

This is not life coaching, nor does it resemble the structured guidance common in that field. It is a slower, older form of counsel—concerned less with instruction than with the careful illumination of truth. It proceeds by way of symbols, questions, and shared observation. The answers, if such they are, lie within you already.

Should you wish to enquire further, you may state so in your message, and I shall explain its nature.

Decks & Spreads

If you have a particular preference for a spread or a deck, it may be noted when you send your request. I shall do my utmost to honour it, though some arrangements may be more suitable than others depending upon the nature of your question, and not all decks may be available at the time.

In the absence of preference, I generally employ The Haunted Cat Tarot, a deck which has proven well-suited to the work. My collection is ever expanding, and suggestions for future additions are welcomed.

It is not my practice to determine whether the question posed reflects your own life directly. If you choose to speak through a constructed character, I shall read accordingly. The reading shall concern the figure you present, and not the person behind it.

In many cases, however, clients report that their invented characters contain elements of themselves, or represent qualities they fear, desire, or do not yet understand. The value of such a reading lies not in whether the figure is “real,” but in what it reveals—and how you interpret it.
